Rachel K Cosmetics-Review and Swatches

Hello beautiful ladies!
Have you ever heard of CC creams? No I'm NOT talking about BB creams. To find what CC is read out this post!

Rachel K cosmetics is Korea based. According to Rachel K cosmetics:
Better than any BB cream !

CC cream is essentially a much-improved and refined BB cream. It is formulated with pure minerals, making it suitable for all skin types including highly sensitive ones. Its deeply moisturizing properties also make it just as suitable for use in dry climates, and regardless of climate, the nutritive ingredients in CC cream help keep skin hydrated and supple all day.

Besides being waterproof, Rachel K Mineral CC cream includes an SPF 35 PA++ rating to ensure protection from damaging UVA and UVB rays while remaining smudge-proof.CC cream treats and covers uneven skin tones more effectively and after leaving on for a 2-3 minutes, blends with skin tone better than BB Creams that sometimes appear too light on certain skin tones.

A lighter texture than that of BB cream also allows for smoother application with a less oily finish, while remaining extremely nourishing to the skin. Furthermore, the CC cream has been designed with special attention to providing much more effective skin coverage (you can even use it to substitute foundation) and its lighter texture gives a smoother, radiant yet non-oily with a matte finish. The end effect is a surprisingly natural and flawlessly radiant complexion.

CC Creams (Original/Neutral):

I'm going to talk about two shades of the CC cream that are Neutral and Original. The Neutral one is a perfect match for my skin tone, where as the Original is just a little bit lighter. The major quality of these creams is that they adopt your skin tone once you have applied. This cream is perfect for everyday use when you don't have time for primer and foundation. It feels very light and gives medium coverage. The redness on my face is covered perfectly when I apply the Neutral CC cream, however the Original one looks a bit lighter when applied.

Here are the swatches:
Left: Neutral ; Right: Original

Blended
I love the fact that this has got SPF35 ++ in it which eliminates the need for a sunblock. I have also experienced that if I apply a primer or sunblock beneath the CC cream, it does not adopts to my skin color and creates a white cast. The staying power is upto 7 hours which is quite impressive. All in all I'm totally in love with the CC cream!

Mineral CC Press Powder:

Mineral CC press powder is an all in one mineral foundation. It provides medium to full coverage and it matches my skin tone perfectly (I have got it in Deep). It contains Organic Shea Butter and Vitamin E. It applies very smoothly and covers the redness and un-even skin tone.

Also I'm in love with the packaging. Look at the beads on the top of the pack, beautiful! It also comes with a sponge applicator and mirror inside. It's the best press powder I have ever used so far. Thumbs up!

Here's a swatch on the back of my hand

Here I have shown the application results of CC cream along with the pressed powder:

Bare skin ; CC cream in Neutral; Along with pressed powder
I hope you can see the difference. In the middle photo my skin appears fresh and dewy, however in the last photo the pressed powder has removed the dewiness and given more coverage with a matte finish.

Lip Plumper:

Rachel K lip plumper is a clear gloss with shimmery particles in it. When applied to lips you get a tingling minty sensation which is not irritating at all. It does plump your lips a bit giving them shine. The lasting power is 2-3 hours which is pretty good for a lip gloss. Here's a swatch on my lips:
